SyncKGP
The Career Clarity Platform
Find the senior who got your dream offer
Upload your CV, discover seniors who share your background, and get an AI review that shows you exactly where you stand.
Our Vision
Make preparation more focused
The common advice is "talk to seniors." The problem is that not every senior's experience is relevant to you. SyncKGP is built around one simple idea — match first, then learn.
Not every senior story applies to you
Someone with a very high CGPA or a completely different background has followed a very different path. Yet during placements, we end up taking advice from whoever we can find — even when their situation doesn't match ours.
See what people like you actually did
SyncKGP finds seniors who share your department, CGPA range, and skills. Not the toppers with a different trajectory — the ones whose journey actually maps to yours.
Understand exactly where you stand
Based on those similar profiles, SyncKGP gives you an honest AI review of your profile — what's strong, what's missing, and what you actually need to work on to reach your target.
So you work on the right things at the right time.
